Summer 2024 is on the books. It was an eventful one in my little world. My husband and I took a road trip to Montreal, I went on a family beach trip, I had my first solo art show. It was a whirlwind of family time, my first burlesque show at The Wiggle Room (woman-owned burlesque club), boardwalk ice cream cones, exploring a new city, and a new tattoo. Here are some plein air paintings and drawings of my adventures. Most of the color was done either by underpainting with gouache or painted with Daniel Smith watercolor sticks.
